I really enjoyed well managed employees!
The hotel was in a central setting away from the Hamamatsucho JR station. Found Eikaro Tennozu Isle around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the property where I had supper. The room was a nice size and also had bathtubs. This hotel provided a very very good breakfast.

The hotel is very well maintained, with a spacious entrance hall. The rooms are attractively furnished, but not too big. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast is very varied, but the offer remains the same every day. The evening buffet offers something for every taste. Very comfortable is the connection to Narita airport by limousine bus.
Communicating with hotel employees in English is not always easy.

Enjoy a convenient spot to grab a bite at nearby restaurants and cafes just steps away from here. Get cozy in beds that are so comfy with a safe box for your valuables, central heating to keep you warm, and a TV with lots of channels to chill out 🛏️.

The nearest station is a not included in the tokyo jr line and metro systerm, that means the day pass will not cover it, that means you need pay 220yan extra only for one stop. Otherwise the taxi will be 900 yan. And the hotel is located at business area, there are no restrant after 9 am. But there is a very big 24h supper market in 5 min distance. The room is good , and big(in tokyo).Staff is not so helpful because they speak a little english.

Great room, great view, lots of space and thoroughly relaxing
No spa, no wi-fi, Skybar not always open

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, allowing for easy access to various parts of the city. Additionally, the direct connection to Haneda Airport makes traveling to and from the hotel hassle-free. A Dry cleaning shop in Kamata, which is more than 10 km away and around 30 minutes by train, is also a convenient feature for guests.
One negative aspect is the lack of extra amenities such as a fitness center or swimming pool.
